Where do you get the Illustrious Sunset Cuirass from?

Illustrious is always crafted. Sunset is one of the possible stat procs (it’s strength/int). Note that ALL Illustrious armor looks the same though, regardless of stats.

Why does the metal on the Illustrious Plate in this picture look different than in my game? In this post the metal looks broze-colored. In my game, illustrious plate metal has a silvery color. I want the bronze color!
